• Usage Data: Updates you generate and submit
• Device Information: Device ID, OS version, app version (non-personal)

• To enable core app features like creating and viewing standup updates
• To personalize your experience and save your teams/parties
• To improve app performance and fix bugs
• To provide support and communicate important updates

3. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is only shared with Firebase services (authentication, Firestore, etc.) for app functionality.

4. Data Retention

We retain user-generated data (updates, teams) as long as your account exists or until you delete it. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

5. Third-Party Services

StandUp Saga uses Firebase (by Google) and RevenueCat to manage authentication, storage, and subscriptions. These services have their own privacy policies.
